Hi everyone

Have been on all these meds for a while now. Have a scratchy throat and sniffles for the first time.

I'm very confused about the Immunosuppressant thing - do I keep taking the meds unless the throat becomes infected and the nose runs constantly.....sorry! RollEyes

Any help very appreciated.

HI, sorry you are feeling unwell.
With the mtx and embrel, the best thing would be to ring your rheumy nurse for advice, you probably will need to stop them.
I find with the mtx and humira , things can escalate quite quickly, so see your Gp if you think you are getting worse.

Hi

Sorry you are feeling unwell. You need to go and see your GP as soon as possibe. I had a sore throat, cough and a cold and am taking the same drugs as you, plus a few more. Had to stop both, until finished course of anti biotics given by Dr.

Hope you feel better soon

I agree with Doreen and Lisa. Things can escalate very quickly and a word with your GP would put your mind at rest.
